What we collect
- Lead form: name, business name, email address, and (optional) phone number, when you submit the "Book a chat" or lead capture form.
- Chat widget: the messages you type when using the on-site AI chat assistant.
- Voice demo: if you use the voice call demo, your voice audio is processed in real time to generate a spoken response. We do not currently retain call recordings from the public demo beyond what's needed to operate the feature.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, understand what your business needs, and follow up about our services. We don't use your information for anything beyond this purpose, and we don't sell or rent your information to third parties.
Third parties involved
To operate this site, some of your information is processed by third-party service providers on our behalf:
- Lovable / Supabase — hosts this website and stores lead form submissions in a secure database.
- Google (via Lovable's AI gateway) — processes chat widget conversations to generate responses.
- Retell AI / Twilio — processes voice audio for the voice demo feature.
These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function and are not authorised to use it for their own purposes.
Data storage and security
Your information is stored securely and access is restricted. We take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access, but no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Your rights
